Most builders wont turn out
to do the smaller jobs. However I will.
To keep costs down I don’t
give quotes or give estimates for odd jobs, I charge a set fee based on how many hours you need me. I have a good idea how
long various jobs take so you know approximately what you will be paying before I start the work.
I don’t charge a call out fee between 8am and 5pm.
All fees are clearly shown
below so you know how much I charge and what the likely cost will be.
NO CALL OUT FEES EVER.
- First hour or part of £20.
- Every hour or part hour after £15.
- Emergency or works carried out after 5pm £30 per hour.
- Payment by cash, bank transfer, creditcard (via paypal)

Just because your job might
not be listed doesn’t mean I can’t do it. If in doubt, ask.
