Building Maintenance & Odd Job Service

Residential

This page is dedicated to customers and future customers who need odd jobs doing.

Most builders wont turn out to do the smaller jobs. However I will.

To keep costs down I don’t give quotes or give estimates for odd jobs, I charge a set fee based on how many hours you need me. I have a good idea how long various jobs take so you know approximately what you will be paying before I start the work.

I don’t charge a call out fee between 8am and 5pm.

All fees are clearly shown below so you know how much I charge and what the likely cost will be.

NO CALL OUT FEES EVER.

  1. First hour or part of £20.
  2. Every hour or part hour after £15.
  3. Emergency or works carried out after 5pm £30 per hour.
  4. Payment by cash, bank transfer, creditcard (via paypal)

Ideas of the work I can do for you.

Joinery, New or extra locks, replacement windows or replace failed units, Dripping or replacement taps, washing & dishwasher plumbing, outside taps, Outside security lighting, Curtain poles, light fittings, fence panel replacement, Flat packs assembled. Full kitchen fit out, full bathroom fit out.

Mitred worktops to give the professional finish to your kitchen,

Snagging work undertaken for other builders.

I can do the work or supply an extra pair of hands to get them jobs done.

VAN & MAN SERVICE

I can also supply “Van Man & Trailer” Price by email quote.

Just because your job might not be listed doesn’t mean I can’t do it. If in doubt, ask.

Regardless of the work I undertake, it’s done in a professional manner.

As always my work carries a full 12 months guarantee. (No small print or conditions).

I also undertake property maintenance and refurbishment for landlords and property renovation for rental.

For the best service give me Peter Chadwick a call.
